3. FREE LAYOUT PROOF
Another service we offer is providing you with a meaningful layout for your award. Once you have selected your favorite award, we combine your logo, title and copy into a great looking layout to send to you electronically in a layout proof. This layout proof shows the inscription on a outline mockup of the award. This will help you to show it to any decision makers to secure approval to proceed with your order. All you need to do is to send us your logo electronically in any of the following formats:

• Vector Art (preferred) in .AI or .EPS format
• Bitmap (must be 600 DPI or better) in .TIF, .GIF, .BMP or .JPG (in that order)
• PDF or Doc file- least desirable as they are usually very low resolution

4. ORDER PROCESSING
Our helpful staff will help you every step of the way with name lists, in hand dates and logistics.
