Virtual Samples
Digital images of our products are available showing a customized layout with your logo, graphics and copy can be provided in 24-48 hours to assist you in gaining product approval from decision makers on your end. Depending on the quality of art files you provide may have a bearing on the quality of the reproduction provided. Upon receipt of your order, graphics will be improved as required and a final preproduction proof will be provided, requiring authorization to proceed.
Art Files
All art for logos and other graphics must be furnished in VECTOR formats (Adobe .ai or .eps, or Corel .cdr to prevent additional art costs. When only bitmap art is available, files must be a minimum of 300 dpi resolution (600 dpi is preferred). With a bitmap art charges may incurred for redrawing the artwork.
Changes
Changes in copy, layouts etc will be accepted up to the time of manufacturing, without additional costs. However, changes may extend shipping dates. Changes received after production has begun or been completed will be accepted with the understanding that the customer accepts the full responsibility for any costs incurred in the production of the product based on prior order information. Any and all changes must be received in writing, no acceptations.
Colorfill/Screening Charges
Standard colorfill and/or screen printed (where applicable) is included in unit pricing. Additional colorsfills are $5.00 per color, per unit and additional screen prints are $2.50 per color, per location, per unit.
Custom Orders
Orders for any customized, decorated, etched, imprinted or personalized items are non-cancellable. Once pre-production proof approval is received and quantities are released into production, the customer is responsible for the cost of any product or portion produced. Order release must be issued in writing, fax or email.
Proofs
Upon receipt of all necessary copy, logos, graphics and layout instructions and/or approval of initial Virtual Samples, we will create a Final Production Proof of the layout requiring your final approval to proceed with your order. Note that this final approval to proceed will be considered a binding contract and signify your willingness to accept the financial responsibility of any product produced from Approved Final Production Proof.
Damage Claims
Carefully inspect your order immediately upon receipt to assure that no damage has occurred in shipment. If your order has sustained damage to the carton, you must keep the carton for inspection by the carrier. Claims will be filed on your behalf, only if we receive notice within 24 hours. Claims are not possible if reshipment has occurred.
Drop Shipments/Split Shipments
Multiple shipping addresses per order may be accommodated and additional handling and shipping charges will apply.
In Hand Date
If there is a specific, absolute date by which you must have product in hand, be sure to indicate on your order release as "In Hand Date". We do not accept responsibility for late orders if specific instruction or ample time is not provided. If there is a date you would like to have product arrive in advance of your in hand date, please specify it as the "Preferred Date".
Personalization
All plaques, accolades and awards include personalization in the etched, imprinted or inscribed layout. Leather items and time pieces do not include the cost of etching, imprinted or inscribed layout or emblem decoration. Lists of personalization must be supplied as electronic files in an Excel Spreadsheets. Names must be in column A exactly as they are to be shown (i.e., Sean Rodgers, Jason, Samuels, P.S.T.) punctuation, spaces or suffix's must be included exactly as required.
Pricing
All prices are based on quantity ordered, manufactured and shipped at one time. Any change in quantity, materials or specifications may necessitate a change in price.
Production Time
To avoid Rush Charges, orders require a full 10 working days from our receipt of Final Proof Approvals. Please allow more time for larger quantities. Exact repeat orders may be executed in 4-8 working days. Production time DOES NOT include Shipping time.
Reorders
Repeat orders with copy changes in layouts will incur a copy change charge. Items with screened imprints will incur a reorder screen setup per color.
Setups
One time setups for basic copy layouts are indicated in the pricing section for each item on our site. Some items by nature of their design and/or manufacturing method require additional setup costs which will be quoted on a per design basis prior to our accepting an order.
Shipping / Handling
All orders are shipped F.O.B. plant via UPS or Fedex ground unless otherwise specified. Special shipping methods and export shipments are subject to additional handling charges. A nominal $7.00 per master carton handling fee will be charged on all orders to ensure a safe delivery.
Terms
Orders for new accounts will be charged on Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Otherwise, a check for payment in full will be required prior to shipment. Open Account privilege will be allowed only to established accounts and only after proper execution of Credit Application. Terms for all Open Accounts will be Net 10 days.
